REFUND POLICY

At The Beard Bureau, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every service. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer the following refund policy:

Service Refunds

If you are unhappy with your haircut or service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will review your request and may offer a complimentary re-service or a full/partial refund, at our discretion.

Product Refunds

Unused and unopened products purchased at our barbershop may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you present the original receipt.

Cancellations

Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours notice are eligible for a full refund of any prepaid amounts. No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.

Processing Time

Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 5 business days and returned to your original payment method.
