Filing a Counter-Notification

• A signed statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you believe the takedown was a mistake.
• Your agreement to the jurisdiction of the U.S. court covering your location, or an appropriate court if outside the U.S.
• A digital or handwritten signature.

After reviewing your counter-notice, we’ll pass it along to the complainant. If they don’t take legal action within the time required by law, we may choose to restore the content.
